POWER: With a touch, he can encase another with a protective coating of nano-tech armor, which fits almost as closely as a second skin. This armor makes the wearer virtually invincible for a time; turning weapons aside, cushioning impacts (like falls or getting thrown into a wall), even allowing extremes of heat and cold to be tolerated. The armor doesn’t increase natural abilities (strength, speed, aim, etc.), but also doesn’t actively interfere with them, either. It’s meant to protect those who serve Felix in battle from even the most dangerous of enemies. This protection lasts for 5 minutes, and he cannot shield himself.

Offensive subjects (elaborate): So long as it's in character, I'm pretty chill with most things.

Hugging this character: Sure. Just be aware if he doesn't know you, he might not react well.
Kissing this character: This is likely to get a much more violent reaction in character if he doesn't initiate it.
Flirting with this character: He's 10, but ok. He probably won't know what's going on.
Fighting with this character: Yes, but we should probably talk it out; he can get unruly.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Fine with most anything short of breaking bones; after that point, let's chat.
Killing this character: Needs to be planned, but not an immediate no.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, but anything more than passing we should probably plan out.
Warnings: Felix comes from a background with physical and mental abuse, laboratory experimentation, and violence. He approaches many of the subjects casually, though I will try to avoid the worst of all of the above, and make clear content warnings otherwise. IF there is anything you wish I avoid outright, let me know.
Felix also has a number of problems himself, most of which are not well controlled at all. This includes PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Animals, especially dogs, and angry yelling between adults are his biggest triggers.
